What our learners say
Our instructors have decades of teaching experience between them. Here’s what some of our recent reviews say.
“Passed my test today in Norwich. Shout out to my amazing instructor Adam. Thank you for being so kind and patient whilst also pushing me. Clear instructions and feedback and very good at breaking down things which I found challenging whilst at the same time pointing out my successes. Thanks once again!”
“I would highly recommend Adam as he was extremely calm, patient, and made me feel very comfortable driving. This built my confidence massively and ensured I felt prepared going into my driving test.”
“I was a little nervous about driving… until I met my instructor, Adam. Adam made driving feel like something to enjoy, and taught me impeccably well. His teaching was clear, concise and made learning an enjoyable experience for me, and above all Adam was an extremely kind person who I am grateful to have been taught by.”
“Absolutely incredible from start to finish! I learnt in Norwich with Adam and he was incredible! So so helpful and taught me everything I needed to know to get a first time pass! I had my week intensive then 2 lessons before I was ready so it was a quick turnaround from knowing nothing to everything! I had never driven before!”

Questions, answered
Can’t see yours? Send us a message and a real person will get back to you.
Ask on WhatsAppHow many driving lessons will I need?
There is no set number. The DVSA doesn’t require a minimum, and it depends on your confidence, how often you practise and whether you learn in a manual or an automatic. After your first lesson we give you an honest estimate and keep it updated as you progress.
Can I learn quickly with an intensive course?
Yes. An intensive course packs your lessons into days or weeks instead of months, planned around your test date. We’ll talk through your experience first so the course is the right length for you.
Are your instructors good with nervous drivers?
Yes. Lots of learners feel nervous at the start, and that is completely normal. We begin on quiet roads, explain everything before you do it, and only move on to busier roads when you feel ready. Nobody is ever rushed.
Do you offer automatic driving lessons in Norwich?
Yes, we teach in both manual and automatic cars across Norwich and Norfolk. A manual pass lets you drive manual and automatic cars; an automatic pass covers automatics, including electric and hybrid cars. Not sure which suits you? We will talk it through before your first lesson.
Where is the driving test centre in Norwich?
Car tests in Norwich are taken at the Norwich (Peachman Way) test centre: Plot 16A, Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich NR7 0WE. Your lessons cover the roads around it, as well as the wider mix of roads you will drive once you have passed.
How old do I need to be to start driving lessons?
You can apply for a provisional driving licence at 15 years and 9 months, and start driving on public roads at 17. If you get the higher rate of the mobility part of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), you can start at 16.
How much does the driving test cost?
The DVSA charges £62 for a car practical test on a weekday and £75 for evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The theory test costs £23. These fees are paid to the DVSA, separately from your lessons.
Can you book my driving test for me?
Not any more. Since 12 May 2026, DVSA rules say only you can book, change or cancel your car driving test, and cancellation-finder apps are no longer allowed.
We still help at every step: we’ll tell you honestly when you’re ready to book, sit with you while you book on GOV.UK, show you how to add our instructor reference so the date works for your lessons, and share tips on when and how often to check for earlier tests. You can only change a booking twice, so it pays to get it right first time.
Do you pick up from home, school or work?
Yes. We can pick you up and drop you off at home, school, college or work anywhere in our area. Let us know where suits you when you book.
Ready when you are.
